Wyle Catering Event









Decor: French Garden
Colors: Day One: Oranges
Day Two: Teal Blues
We used chocolate brown table coverings, white napkins, white dinnerware, sterling silverware and stemmed glasses.

The main decor was shapely urns in black and one of concrete ornate carvings with miniature Japanese Boxwood bushes groomed to resemble bonsai trees.

The Menu, Day One:

Spinach Quiche, Fruit Tray, Brown Sugar Coffee Cake

Deli Kabobs, Lemon Mint Rice, Cucumber Pasta Salad, Grape Salad with a brown sugar cream sauce & New Orleans Creole Chicken & Sausage Gumbo with Steamed Rice.

Personalized Caramel Apples, Pineapple Cream Cheese Spread with Crackers

The Menu, Day Two:

Bagels with Cream Cheese & Jams, Danish Rolls & Muffins, Fruit Tray of Raspberries, Blackberries, Blueberries, Strawberries & Kiwi
Fresh Orange Slices & Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice

Strawberry Salad, Tarragon Chicken Salad with Croissants. Tukey & Havarti on Wheat, Baked Sweet Potato & Mixed Chips, Peanut Butter Cookies with Chocolate Centers, Signature Chocolate Cookies, Pineapple Cream Cheese Frosting Cake & Gabby's Confetti Pasta Salad, Logo Favor: Chocolate Covered Pretzels
